在恩施如果想吃当地菜，首推张关合渣，在当地是最出名的，餐馆里用餐的都是当地人，外地游客有可能吃不惯，但是到了一个地方，总得尝尝正宗的当地风味。餐馆里摆着木头小桌子和凳子，桌面上铺着蓝印花布，点菜方式是主菜火锅按人头算钱，配菜附送，而且配菜可以无限续盘。点了油茶，一种茶水，先上桌，茶汤里放了油炸黄豆、花生米、米花，吃在嘴里香脆带咸味，但是油茶本身有油，感觉吃火锅时喝油茶不解油腻。我们点的主菜火锅是腊肉锅加猪耳朵，小火炖着，我不吃辣，都觉得腊肉很香，锅里的猪耳朵比腊肉更好吃，有嚼劲且入味。合渣也用小火炖着，但它算在配菜里。合渣是恩施的一大特色，用磨豆浆剩下的豆渣做成，混合肉末和辣椒红汤，撒上葱花，当地人还喜欢敲一个鸡蛋在合渣里。因为他家的菜是给当地人吃的，口味未经改良，辣得毫不留情，吃一口合渣我可以吞下十碗饭，毫无心情敲鸡蛋。大多数菜都辣到我冒烟，所以我续配菜了，嗯，续的是不辣的青菜。看看餐馆堆放着的辣椒！

我是一个人来恩施游玩的，首先搜了恩施这的好吃的，首推张关合渣。到了女儿城这里导航到了这家店女儿城店，我是晚上5点左右到的，人不是很多，单人的就我一个，也不知道点多少菜够吃，问了服务员，就点一个干锅仔鸡，再要了一碗玉米饭。一会先上了锅张关合渣和3小盘小菜，再上3中盘配菜，又等了一小会干锅仔鸡，鸡肉是小块的，量不大味道还不错，合渣也是香香哒，把合渣浇在玉米饭上拌着吃很香！因为是一个人吃很多菜没法点，怕吃不完浪费，有机会再来尝尝别的菜！

非常具有恩施土家族特色的一个饭店！坐落在女儿城入口处！按人头算钱的！锅的种类比较多！人头多盘子大些！味道非常可口！应该叫做下饭！
